Abstract

The Serayu Citanduy Water Resources Management Center (PSDA) is a government agency that has the task of assisting the district government, especially the Purwokerto area with regard to operational technical management of water resources. PSDA itself has several systems to support work performance, one of the systems is the field employee attendance system, this system functions to assist in monitoring and providing services related to field employee absences. The field employee attendance website system has problems, namely not paying attention to usability aspects, one of which is that there are still several features and buttons that have not been completed. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate usability related to the field employee attendance website system at PSDA using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The SUS method is useful for assessing a system from a usability perspective by evaluating it as in this study. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 56 system users. The results of the calculation of the average score based on the SUS method are 58.35, where the results of the average score according to 3 aspects of the SUS method, namely the Acceptability Ranges are at marginal low for the Grade Scale is on the D scale and the last is the adjective branch position is at level "ok".So it can be concluded that this attendance website system is not yet fully easy to use by users, therefore the system needs to be improved to increase usability such as system development needs to be done by paying attention to the user interface completing features and buttons so that they can function properly and selecting features with do an evaluation.
