Abstract

The Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) is a website that is utilized to facilitate the process of searching for archival documents without having to search for documents at the archive depot. In its development, the Banyumas Regency Regional Archives and Library Service has used the SRIKANDI website in its process, even though not all of the input data has been recaptured due to the early stages of use, but this is very helpful in all archival processes. The problems that arise indicate that the website provided to users is still not in accordance with their needs, so for this it is necessary to carry out a usability analysis on the SRIKANDI website to find out how effective it is and ensure that the website is in accordance with user needs both by the head of the field and employees at the Archives and Libraries Service Banyumas Regency area so that the content presented is in accordance with user expectations. This study uses the System Usability Scale method, which measures how good the website is to use. The System Usability Scale method includes 10 statement instruments that will be filled out by respondents who play a role in using the SRIKANDI website. The average value obtained using the System Usability Scale method was 58.83 with an adjective rating included in the "ok" category and F scale grade, and included in the marginal low category for acceptability ranges where the usability of the SRIKANDI website was acceptable but the level low acceptance.
