Abstract

The field of tertiary education is one of the fields that is very concerned with the development of information system/teknologi information (SI/TI), this can be seen from the motto of the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology (ITTP), namely "Bridging Technology for Humanity". ITTP in the utilization and development of IS/IT to fulfill its academic services, there is an Information Technology and Systems (STI) unit as the manager of the utilization and development of IS/IT. The role of STI ITTP as the management of the utilization and development of IS/IT has been going quite well and rapidly, in fact there are several problems in serving academics. The problem with the STI ITTP service unit is that there is no separation between business processes, data, information, and technology infrastructure and the development of information systems is still carried out spontaneously and is not organized. The existence of this research by looking at the problems that exist in the STI ITTP service unit, solutions to problems in the service unit need an information and communication technology enterprise architecture (EA) model, including business processes, data, applications and technology infrastructure to be more organized. There are several methods for preparing the EA model, the Enterprise architecture planning (EAP) method which has an overview of the EA layout needed according to problem solving in the STI ITTP unit. The results of this study are an architectural matrix document as an EA model for ICT services in STI ITTP service units in the form of business processes, data, applications and technology infrastructure. The preparation of the matrix can help the quality of the role of management of the use and development of IS/IT according to the manager of the use and development of IS/IT in ITTP private tertiary institutions, namely the ITTP STI Unit.
