Abstract

Banyumas Communication and Information Service (DINKOMINFO) is a government agency engaged in the field of information technology, communication and informatics in the district realm. Every year the DINKOMINFO Banyumas accepts students to carry out the internship program, but the registration process is monitored manually, in which candidates come directly to the DINKOMINFO Banyumas resulting in a lack of time efficiency and the availability of limited places for conducting internship. Designing and developing a internship registration information system is the target of this research. While using Prototype as a method that is used with a number of stages such as gathering requirements, compiling Prototypes, evaluating Prototypes, implementing agreed prototypes, testing, and evaluating the created system. Based on the results of the information system created, it can realize the registration of internship DINKOMINFO Banyumas that is efficient and can adjust existing places. Based on the implementation of the Black Box test, the result is that the information system can operate on what is desired. Furthermore, for the Usability test while using the System Usability Scale, it obtained an average score of 74.416667, including the Good category or information system developed are well acceptable..
