Abstract
The CEO Point RT/RW Net is an internet service provider based on RT/RW Net, with internal customers in the CEO Point RT/RW Net district yet to implement network monitoring to monitor computer network devices in the institution. This results in a slower repair process as manual rechecking is necessary. This research aims to implement a network monitoring system with The Dude, where notifications are sent via messaging applications such as the Telegram group containing network technicians, WhatsApp, and Email, providing better service to CEO Point RT/RW Net customers. The research was conducted by implementing a case study research concept using the research method of directly implementing the above computer network monitoring on a Cloud Hosted Router device connected to CEO Point RT/RW NET. The result of this research is that the presence of a monitoring system at CEO Point RT/RW Net can monitor the computer network through The Dude Client maps feature. In addition, The Dude can help technicians in obtaining information about the condition of the CEO Point network devices through messaging application notifications (Telegram, WhatsApp, Email). And obtaining the results of the heaviest download/upload traffic analysis that occurs in the CEO network with traffic monitoring on The Dude.
