Abstract
Work From Home (WFH) is part of the concept of telecommuting or working remotely which has been known since the 1970s as an effort to overcome traffic jams from daily home-office trips. The implementation of WFH has an impact on all areas of life, one of which is the telecommunications sector where the number of internet needs continues to increase. With the increasing number of orders, there is a need for monitoring so that it will make it easier for administrators to manage. The purpose of implementing this KP is as one of the requirements for the Practical Work course, besides that it can add insight into the world of work, add experience, the author can find out the stages of monitoring orders at PT Telkom Access. There are 3 methods of data collection used by the author, namely practice, interviews, and literature study. This is done by direct practice of monitoring orders, asking field supervisors and other unit partners about the topics discussed in the report, and looking for, reading, and understanding related references that help the author in preparing the report. Order monitoring at Telkom Access Purwokerto starts from the time the order comes in until the order is finished. The order process will end with two outputs, namely Go-Live or cancel the order. Monitoring is also carried out on orders that are still on progress. The process that the order goes through consists of partner appointment, aanwijzing, material order, installation preparation, field installation, physical done, commissioning test, management core, and acceptance test. The installation project in the Jatisaba area, Purbalingga was successfully carried out because the pole planting, aerial cable pulling, ODP installation did not experience problems and the attenuation obtained with OPM met the standards and was ready to be connected to the house by the provisioning division.
