Abstract

Pemalang district parliament has a website to disseminate information about the performance of work carried out every year. Good performance in accessing a government website is needed to make it easier for the public to obtain information. Therefore, the performance of a government website needs to be tested to find out how good the website is. The purpose of this study was to find out the perfomansi in accessing the website of the Pemalang regency DPRD. The test was performed by utilizing the Wireshark application and using qos parameters such as packet loss, throughput and delay. The research in this report uses two providers, namely Indosat ooredoo and indihome. Quality of Service results according to THIPON standards from the DPRD website of Pemalang Regency obtained results of 3.72 with the category "Good".
