Abstract

Pt. JUAHN Indonesia is a factory that produces plastic products with injection molding machines. The purpose of the research is to reduce the number of work accidents, especially in pt. Juahn Indonesia and so that productivity increases. This study used the HAZOP method to identify and minimize the risk of work accidents. Work accidents that often occur are at the time of cutting or separating parts of the product, such as being hit by a cutter because workers are not careful. In addition, when repairing the cutter using burrs, there was one person hit by the cutter until his arm was injured. There is a source of danger (hazard) in PT. Juahn Indonesia is based on several contributing factors such as negligence of workers, lack of caution and lack of use of complete PPE. Keywords: K3, Work accidents, HAZOP, Risk minimization
