Abstract

This research will be carried out as an evaluation of the implementation process of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in the palm oil industry. The implementation of GSCM is considered to be able to assist companies in identifying, prioritizing and reorganizing environmental impacts for industry players. The method used is the Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (Green SCOR) model and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The Green SCOR model is used to determine environmentally friendly criteria from the procurement, production, delivery and return processes. While the AHP method is used to give weights and rankings to the criteria and alternatives from the supporting factors. Based on the results of measuring the performance of the green supply chain at PT. XYZ results that the company is in the Good category with a value of 89.31 out of 100. Of the 21 KPIs, there are 4 KPIs that are included in the red category, this is influenced by indicators of water used, upside source flexibility and make cycle time.
