Abstract

Nowadays, technology has evolved into a critical basic necessity for humanity. The use of information technology surely promotes activities in a variety of areas, one of which is commerce or business. Technology may assist business actors by serving as a promotional medium and streamlining transactions. According to the sorts of goods/services sold through e-commerce, food, beverage, and consumables were the most popular in 2020. Food, beverage, and grocery stores accounted for 40.86% of all companies. Android is a free and open source operating system developed by Google for smartphones and other mobile devices. From October 2020 to October 2021, Android users in Indonesia increased to 91.25%. Martina Bakery is a home-based bakery that specializes in cakes. Buying and selling transactions, as well as data collecting. Martina Bakery is still informing and advertising new items using social media platforms such as Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram. Inefficient transaction systems, such as consumers arriving to take orders and then paying immediately. Order data gathering at Martina Bakery is still done manually or by hand. The Rapid Application Development approach was used to create this application. The Martina Bakery cake store application allows users to place orders online, pay via transfer, view items, and view promotions. This program has been thoroughly tested utilizing black-box testing. Functionality testing on the Martina Bakery application yields 100% results in line with the predicted scenario since scenario testing is performed by 10 individuals and 10 devices, and Based on these data, the System Usability Scale (SUS) earns a score of 78.5, resulting in SUS receiving a grade B percentile rank score.
