Abstract

Inventory comes from the word inventory which means a list of goods, materials and so on. Inventory can be defined as an activity of recording assets or goods as well as managing asset data owned by the organization in a professional manner for the sake of smooth operations. However, there are inhibiting factors in inventory management. This problem faced by the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia (GPdI) Parakletos Purwokerto, it is known that the inventory is still done manually and it is considered difficult for the Church to know the entry and exit of the goods used, resulting in its role and function not being seen in real terms. With the existence of information technology that improves services within the Church, it can be better so that the management of information on the inventory of goods will allow it to be managed according to the needs of activities within the Church. Based on this, a website-based information system is needed to solve problems in the inventory of goods in the Church. This study aims to solve these problems by creating an information system for the inventory of goods needed by using a QR Code in managing the systematic and computerized data collection process for incoming and outgoing goods. The method used is Agile as a software development lifecycle of application development and Blackbox Testing as a functional test. The result of this research is a ebsite-based information system to better identify inventory and provide appropriate reports ini accordance with the authority given by the system.
