Abstract

PT Poca Network Solutions is a company engaged in the field of telecommunications network services. In their work the project manager requires a technical service report or sidebut ENGINEERING SERVICE ACCEPTANCE REPORT (ESAR) In doing so, the ESAR team requires a report on the results of each progress, this data is stored manually on each device in each division. The Document Control (DC) team at PT Poca has not implemented a major data monitoring system so that this can lead to data redundancy and inefficiency, so this report offers a solution for data and information processing to help monitor major data The results in this study the authors designed a document information system using an Appsheet connected to Google Drive as cloud storage and Google spreadsheet as data processing The author conducted this research based on observations during his internship at the PT. Poca Network Solutions office Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that to get the desired system, a system requirements analysis must be carried out from the project itself from the results of the analysis obtained the needs of the de team are document trackers and information dashboards. From the results of the use care design, the user can use the application to view, add and change data in the application. Based on the results of testing the functions that were made eary to understand, the process of adding data, searching for documents was successfully carried out
