Abstract

PT. Poca Network Solutions is a company engaged in the field of telecommunications network services. In their work the project manager requires a report. This document was stored manually on each device in each division. The management of this document is an important factor for the continuity of a project. Without management information, a business processes could lead to error, in addition to the potential for misinformation caused by factors such as human error. This study was accomplished using "interview method with the engineering team to obtain information on the flow of documentation in the project, in collecting documents the researcher took a qualitative approach to the RFE and TE divisions to obtain information on the data and documents needed. The authors analyze how optimize the 4G LTE multisector antenna network. This research was conducted based on observations during an internship at the office of PT.Poca Network Solutions. The criteria show RSRP > -105, threshold 90%, before reloc 26.42% and after reloc 43.09%. Based on the results, the best way to optimize network are analyzing the dismantle and performing a drive test. From the result of dismantle. From the results of dismantle, users can use a more stable network.
