Abstract

The system of selling and promoting products through the internet is growing rapidly. Companies that use website-based technology as a company strategy in offering products to all consumers without having to be limited by space and time. With such high competition, a system is needed that can assist sellers in managing sales data. Ghaniza Store is a store that sells baby and children's equipment. Ghaniza Store is still doing sales and data collection manually. This is clearly not effective and efficient. Business owners are confused in managing product data, transaction data, stock data, and reporting. Losing transaction data archives is also one of the problems that Ghaniza Store often faces. This research is intended to build a website-based information system at Ghaniza Store using the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database, using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which has 3 stages, namely: requirement planning, design workshop and implementation and blackbox testing as the test. Based on the results of testing the functionality of the system using blackbox testing, the results of the system can run as expected, which can support the performance and service of the Ghaniza Store, making it easier for the store to manage goods data and sales data.
