Abstract
Genset is a generator set that converts chemical energy such as fuel into electrical energy. The generator itself functions as a backup for electricity when the electricity goes out, but in the era of industrial development, the generator itself is often used to support the company's electricity needs which are not sufficient. Because the development of generator sets is getting faster and the generator function is limited where the generator tank and generator battery do not have measurement indicators. Therefore I made a fuel and generator battery monitoring with Internet of Things technology to make it easier for generator users to monitor the remaining generator fuel and generator battery remaining without the need to check directly on the generator, so this is also a solution for companies that use a lot of generators.
