Abstract

Learning is at the heart of the educational process. The quality of education describes the quality of learning. Improving the quality of education can be done through improving the quality of learning. Various efforts have been made to improve the quality of learning. Guru virtual projects can make learning easier and helpful for students and teachers. One of the efforts to improve the quality of learning through this use in learning is the application of chatbot website-based learning using natural language processing. The creation of this system can help students who are constrained in learning and embarrassed to ask teachers during the learning so that they can help from these problems by utilizing chatbot websites to be able to simplify and improve the process of searching for information in certain documents, then in this final project, the Question Answering System(QAS) was implemented in indonesian documents using datasets sourced from books Indonesian 8th grade junior high school as a system that accepts input in the form of questions and produces outputs in the form of answers. On the results of training which was carried out 10 times the average success was 0.9976 with an average failure of 0.0024 so that the chatbot's accurate performance is 99.76%.
