Abstract

Certified Independent Internship and Study (MSIB) is one of the programs from Merdeka Campus which is part of the Merdeka Learning policy by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia which is designed to ensure students get the best competencies, latest competencies, and leading competencies to face the future world. MSIB has many partners and one of them is Binar Academy. Binar Academy is a company engaged in technology education. One of the classes at Binar Academy and which I participated in the independent campus program was Back End Javascript. The Back End Javascript class aims to produce back end engineers that comply with Industry standards in the field of web development. The learning process carried out is online learning, where participants are given material and will be discussed during class. The material given is divided into 3 levels, namely silver, gold, and platinum which lasts for 22 weeks (11 chapters). 1 chapter for 2 weeks for each chapter there are individual assignments given and presented on the last day of each chapter, which is Friday, and at the platinum level starting from chapter 9 students work on a final project that collaborates with other classes in this case the Back End Javascript class collaborates with Front End Javascript class to create a Secondhand website, which is a web-based place for buying and selling used goods.
