Abstract

One of the problems in cat care that the author took from observing everyday life, when the cat owner left the house in a few days, the cat had to be entrusted to animal care or it could be left at home without being fed, this of course requires quite a fee. large and especially for cats that are left in the house just like that will make the cat starve and their health will be disturbed. Not that it also feeds the cat every day making the owner bored and lazy to feed his beloved cat. Therefore, the author makes an IoT-based feeding and monitoring tool for cat feed with a decision table method that functions to perform feeding and monitoring remotely with an internet network connection, which can work automatically or manually using the mqtt dashboard application as the monitoring screen. From the results of the experiment in the decision table that was carried out for fifteen tests, the feed output produced by this system was still normal according to the rules of the procedure for feeding cats aged 6 months 60- 85 grams/day.
