Abstract

Polres Purbalingga has several units in carrying out their duties, one of the units in Polres Purbalingga is Doctors and Health (Dokkes). Dokkes are in charge of providing services in the field of doctors and health. Services carried out by the Dokkes Polres Purbalingga include making a health or illness certificate, BPJS, SWAB antigen, drug testing, and as a driver for driving a driver's license medical test. The Dokkes Polres Purbalingga has a clinic as a place for health services as well as an office. Every day, Dokkes receives many patients and SIM applicants. However, the lack of staff at Dokkes makes the services less effective. In addition, in the field of administration, Dokkes employees have difficulty processing data due to a lack of understanding of the internet and computer science. Based on these problems, the researchers tried to help the Dokkes Polres Purbalingga in carrying out health and administrative services by teaching Dokkes Polres Purbalingga employees in the use of computers and the internet.
