Abstract

Feedback and reward systems are components of the management control system with the aim of the company being able to maximize the efficiency of employee performance so that company performance will improve. Work environment factors are one of the factors related to workplace conditions both physical and non-physical that affect human abilities. The success of a company depends not only on its natural resources, but also the efficient use of these human resources, the ability and motivation to work in accordance with its responsibilities and, job desk roles, and obligations. Managing feedback on employee performance and satisfaction is a goal factor in achieving company assessment This research explains problem-solving solutions to employee performance prefects within the scope of the company by utilizing the feedback process through the application of AI in the field of Computer Vision and Nature Language Processing using the face recognition method using available libraries and sentiment analysis Using BERT with the results of 99% model accuracy and in the 72% testing data on epochs 5, then the integration is connected using the Flask framework so that it becomes a website that can be used by employees. Thus the feedback that has been given by employees can be used how the company overcomes these obstacles that occur with such feedback using an intelligent system.
