Abstract

Report of Field Work Practice (PKL) at the Human Resource Development Division at PT Telkom Access Purwokerto, having its address at Jalan d.I Panjaitan No.42, Banyumas, South Purwokerto, Central Java, which was held from April 1, 2022 to April 30, 2022. S1 Telecommunication Engineering Study Program , Faculty of Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering, Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto. The purpose of Field Work Practice (PKL) for practitioners is to gain skills and add experience and knowledge in preparation for facing competition in the future world of work and also to fulfill one of the courses in the S1 Telecommunication Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering, Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto . The tasks given to me in the Human Resource Development division included: recording employee attendance and huddles per division, making contracts for Freelance, Inputting HD Provisioning and HD Assurance values, making Assessment Tech invitations, uploading the Central Java Assessment Day schedule (PT Telkom Access) , help calculate and disseminate the assessment scheme for employees.
