Abstract

At this time there are still many companies that open job vacancies through print media such as newspapers, or use the services of job seekers. The process of job search and employee recruitment like this is considered less effective and efficient in terms of cost and time. With current technological advances, a platform is needed to make it easier for companies to open job vacancies so that job seekers can access these job vacancies efficiently, easily and widely, and can also easily recruit employees. Based on these problems, Seven Inc and the author created a platform to make it easier for companies to offer job vacancies, called Jobcares. The platform is in the form of a website, because one of the advantages of the website is that the system can be accessed anytime and anywhere, as long as the user is connected to the internet. The hope is that with Jobcares, companies can easily offer job vacancies and can easily process employee recruitment in their company.
