Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) engaged in information communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. PT Telkom has many telecommunication areas such as PT Telkom Datel Purbalingga which has operation and maintenance, support, and customer service divisions. In PT Telkom Datel Purbalingga, this sale of IndiHome and Orbit. PT Telkom Datel Purbalingga currently still uses the administrative system manually using microsoft exel, so that customer service and admin have difficulty in inputting data and data search. The author uses the method of literature studies and interviews during the implementation of practical work when preparing the report. In the method of literature study the author looks for references to the company logo, product logo, source code related to the preparation of practical work reports. Interview methods are conducted by writers and field guides to get references and problem solving experienced during practical work. Pt Telkom Datel Purbalingga dashboard uses PHP as a programming language and XAMPP as a database. PHP is a programming language used to create a website and website development that is more responsive so that on the dashboard of PT Telkom Datel Purbalingga can function properly and has an xampp database as data storage.
