Abstract

PT Royal Korindah is a company engaged in the manufacture of false eyelashes which is growing rapidly in Purbalingga Regency. Implementation of a work system in several shifts as an effort to run production in meeting sales targets for false eyelashes. This method is done because it benefits the company but has an impact on a high workload so that employees experience fatigue and decreased skills at work. If this is not handled properly it will affect the decline in employee performance so that the company's production target has not been achieved. Performance optimization is very supportive of progress in the company. This study aims to identify the effect shift, work fatigue and health on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 100 employees of the production unit who were selected using simple random sampling technique. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires on a Likert scale on shift, work fatigue and health questionnaire. Data processing in the study used software version 19. Data analysis was carried out using statistical tests, namely multiple linear regression and T-test. The results showed that health had an effect on the performance of employees in the production unit. The recommendation given to the company is to apply a short break of 10 minutes to take a break and analyze and adjust the workload of each production unit employee with a survey of work targets, level of difficulty, working time and work targets achieved.
