Abstract

The Game designer program is one of the streams in the Microcredential Game Developer Internship and Independent Study (MSIB) program at the ICE Institute, Open University. In the Game designer program, students learn about the process of designing a game. Starting from mechanics, stories to the gameplay of various types of games. The development of gamers in Indonesia is very fast, especially among children to teenagers. The genres that are popular with the general public include Educational Game Developers. The Mandalika Adventure Game is aimed at connoisseurs of the game. The Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) at the ICE Institute, the Open University on Game Designers has succeeded in developing the Mandalika Adventure game which aims to provide a unique playing experience between educational genre games that require agility and require strategy. Spiced by puzzles, distinctive artstyles and interesting stories, this game is expected to satisfy today's game lovers.
