Abstract

The development of information technology encourages the entertainment sector to be enjoyed by all people around the world. One of the entertainments that is currently popular comes from South Korea. To get an understanding of Korean letters and language, learning resources can use books, the internet, tutoring or applications on smartphones. However, some of these sources have shortcomings, such as the pronunciation of letters and language that is not clear. The purpose of this research is to design an application that makes learning Korean letters easier for beginners. The application is built using the Flutter framework. In this design, it focuses on the use of BloC state management which can manage code writing so that each business logic is separated from the UI (User Interface) component. The results of testing the application's functionality using the black box method which were carried out on 15 students showed that this application was running well with 100% results.
