Abstract

Torishima Guna is an Indonesian joint venture between Torishima Pump Mfg. Co. Ltd. from Japan and PT Guna Elektro from Indonesia. Torishima Guna is a group of three companies: PT. three companies: PT. Torishima Guna Indonesia as a pump manufacturer, PT. Geteka Founindo as a ferrous and non-ferrous manufacturer and PT. Torishima Guna Engineering as an engineering services company. In the pump repair process flow at this company, there are several positions, one of which is the engineering and quality control section, where the engineering section performs process engineering tasks, and the quality control section performs inspection tasks. With this task there is a workload borne by the workforce in carrying out the work, so it is necessary to carry out a workload analysis using the Full Time Equivalent method to find out how much workload is borne by the workers. From the results of the FTE calculation, a better improvement proposal will be made so that there is no delay in carrying out pump repair work.
