Abstract

PT Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing (MKM) is a company engaged in the manufacture of vehicle components, namely vehicle body components and Mitsubishi-branded vehicle engine components. Before doing the job, it is important to perform an analysis of the potential hazards on the work to be done based on the steps of the work of the contractor worker. Based on the results of the analysis of potential hazards using Job Safety Analysis (JSA) on hoist service work carried out by contractor workers of PT Prima Cipta Megah Jaya in the working environment of PT Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing can be concluded that in the description of the working steps of the hoist service is motor checking, cleanest, check wiring hoist. The working steps of checking the motor have potential hazards such as the danger of electrocution, the danger of falling from a high place when checking the motor, the danger of being pinched, the danger of getting hit, the danger of falling, the danger of part scratching. Cleanest work steps have potential hazards such as the danger of bumping when cleaning the hoist, the danger of scratching, the danger of sprains, the danger of slipping. Check wiring hoist work steps have potential hazards such as the danger of falling from a height and the danger of electrocution. After an analysis of potential hazards, further controls are carried out to prevent work accidents.
