Abstract

Educational institutions need a management to present information and reports quickly and accurately. Fast and accurate presentation of information is difficult if it is done manually and does not use integrated information technology between sections in the educational institution. Cazh Billing System is a website-based application that can be used by educational institutions, cooperatives, or. Cazh Billing System for Educational Institutions accepts tuition payments and other fees automatically through the application or via bank transfer. Cazh Billing System can support the educational environment such as bookkeeping, membership, submission of decrees, reports etc. The Cazh Billing System is made directly by the developer using the Laravel framework without any interface design design first. A website without careful preparation and design does not run optimally, it can even result in users switching to other websites. The redesign of the Cazh Billing System application aims to improve user comfort in terms of visuals. In addition to evaluating the design, the purpose of this redesign is to add new features that may be released by the company. Design changes are made using Figma tools. Figma is a cloud-based design application that provides collaboration features in a workspace. The results of the redesign will make the display more informative and solution.
