Abstract

Society 5.0 is here to merge the real world with the virtual world, and PT. Puskomedia Indonesia is one of the Creative Digital Laboratory firms that prioritizes issue resolution utilizing ICT support. Web development, web hosting, mobile development, and domain names are just a few of the services provided by PT. Puskomedia Indonesia. To make interaction with the government easier, PT. Puskomedia Indonesia came up with the concept of creating Panda, an e-mail application. Apart from assisting government personnel with correspondence concerns, using this information system during the present epidemic might also alleviate congestion at the area where official letters are written. However, even though the problem has been repaired, there are still some things that need to be improved on some elements that aren't ideal, as stated in the E-Mail.
