Abstract

Freedom to learn is to give freedom and autonomy to educational institutions and independence from bureaucratization. Lecturers are freed from the complicated bureaucracy and students are given the freedom to choose the fields they like. The Merdeka Learning Campus Program is an Independent Learning policy by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology which provides opportunities for students to hone skills according to their talents and interests by going directly into the world of work to prepare for future careers. one example of the implementation of the Merdeka Learning program is MSIB, which is designed to ensure students get the best competencies to face the world of tomorrow. of the many MSIB programs provided, one of them is the Bangkit Academy 2022 program which hones participants to become digital talents.
