Abstract

The new IndiHome Wi-fi installation is the installation of Wi-fi at the customer's house starting from the submission process for installing Wi-fi to pulling the cable from ODP to the customer's house using a drop core cable and patch core to connect to the modem and network maintenance so that internet usage remains stable. PT. Telkom Indonesia Makassar is an information and communication company as well as a complete telecommunication network and service provider in Indonesia. Telkom provides fixed wireline, fixed wireless, mobile, data / internet and other multimedia services. An example of one of these services is IndiHome.
