Abstract

The design of the website-based Prisoner Visit Permit application system is to assist in processing prisoner visit data and provide an information system in the form of a website for processing. Visitors only need to fill in their family identity, the identity of the prisoner, and the head of the prosecutor's office according to the guidelines. The State Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia is a government institution that exercises state power in the field of prosecution and other authorities based on law. The Attorney General's Office, the High Prosecutor's Office, and the District Attorney's Office are a special state power in the field of prosecution, all of which are an inseparable unit. The Attorney General's Office has a conventional system that requires the latest technology. Website is a collection of web pages consisting of domains or subdomains and other important information contained on the website, this research uses the RAD method, namely the application of Rapid Application Development with the website model used in this research is the web engineering model (web engineering), namely the software engineering model. software used for web-based application development, which aims to make it easier for us to find important information. In this study, the researcher used the Blackbox testing method to test the functionality in order to know whether the functions, inputs, and outputs of the software were in accordance with the required specifications. Blackbox testing aims to determine whether the program has received the desired input, process, and output. Based on this description, this study resulted in the E-T10 Prison Visiting Permit website as a licensing website asking for permission to visit prisoners because the previous system was still done manually.
