Abstract
Tirta Satria PDAM (Regional Water Company) is a region company which moving in management and distribution of drinking water sector. In nowday, costumer must come to payment counter to get an information about total monthly fee and due date so it make service process become less effecient. Because of costumer’s compaint and commitment of PDAM as the company which give optional service, so the devolopment of better communication media is needed which profitable in both costumer and company side. Because of that, a PDAM (Regional Water Company) payment notifikasi system using SMS Gateway in purwokerto region being build. Development methodology of this system using Waterfall method which consist of Requirement Analisys, System Design, System Testing and Implementation. Software that needed when built this SMS Gateway are XAMPP, Gammu, PHP and MySQL which can be easily obtaineble. With this SMS Gateway system in Tirta Satria PDAM, hope that it can increasing quality service of costumer so that satisfication level costumer will also increasing and give positive impact for company’s income, because whit this SMS Gateway system costumer can easily get service everywhere, anytime with cheaper and more effecient.
