Abstract

Education as the main pioneer in building human resources is an important point, in Indonesia the level of education is evenly distributed but the quality of education is still uneven, therefore with the Merdeka Campus program it is expected to be able to equalize and even improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Through our Teaching Campus program, students can participate in contributing to advancing Indonesian Education by producing and developing innovations. Our work programs include teaching programs to improve students ' literacy and numeracy skills, Technology Adaptation programs to improve the ability of students and teachers to utilize technology, and the Assisting Administration program to support the learning process and improve school quality. In carrying out this work program we use the interview observation method to obtain information and for learning, we use the PBL (Problem Base Learning) model method to hone students' creativity and critical thinking. After implementing the method in our program, the result is that students are better able to understand the stages of the PBL method learning process so that it can improve the quality and enthusiasm for learning. Then from the observational data we can make a big program, the main thing is to create a library system and create a school website. From these results, it can be concluded that this activity runs smoothly, suggestions for the future the school can continue the programs we hold.
