Abstract

Sentra Inovasi is an organization under the auspices of the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto, providing shelter and assistance to prospective startups in developing product ideas into post-startup products, in its operational implementation, Sentra Inovasi itself already has a system for project management which has a function to record the list of projects it has worked on, but there are several functions that have not been implemented in it such as monthly, annual recap functions to automatic proposal generation and monitoring that have not been implemented. This research aims to develop a web-based project management system using the Rapid application development method in its development and conduct final testing using the blackbox testing method, which resulted in a 100% success rate and met expectations to ensure that each design aligns and functions well. The final outcome of this research is a website designed as a medium for monitoring and managing incoming projects at the Innovation Center of the Purwokerto Tech Technology Institute.
