Abstract

Currently developing information technology is making changes in people's lifestyles. The use of information technology is very diverse, one of which is use in event activities. Technology can support success in the event process, apart from being a communication tool, technology can simplify and resolve several problems that often occur in the event process, such as unclear administrative documentation and conventional event agendas such as seeking sponsorship. By utilizing technology, the author created a platform to bring together event organizers and sponsors so that they can establish website-based cooperation using the Extreme Programming system development method with the aim of solving problems at events in Banyumas, especially within the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology. In the initial stages of system development, planning is carried out based on user stories which are then made into User Stories. Next, the design is created using CRC Cards, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Database tables and website flowcharts. After design, the website is designed using the JavaScript programming language for the front end, MySQL for the database and the Laravel framework for the back end as well as Black Box testing and User Acceptance Test for testing. Testing produced a percentage score of 100% success from 53 Black Box scenarios and 87.14% for the User Acceptance Test. It can be concluded that all website functions run without problems and the website is very well received by potential users. Kata Kunci : Extreme Programming , Black Box, Website, Event
