Abstract
In the era of digitalization and rapidly growing data, efficient data management is an important key for companies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Yogyakarta faces challenges in recapitulating and managing work orders for new customer data and customer complaints that come from two different data sources, namely STARCLICK for new customer data and RISMA for customer complaint data. These two data sources, which were previously recapitulated and managed separately with the help of excel manually, often became relatively time consuming in decision making. PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Yogyakarta developed Matador System, an audit system for Access Service Operation Division. This system, designed to replace the time-consuming manual process using excel, in order to speed up decision making. Based on the development of the Matador System as an audit system using agile methods, it is successful in recapitulating and managing work order data from two sources, thereby accelerating decision making. Then the results of testing the feasibility of the system using blackbox testing given to 5 respondents from various positions showed very good results with a percentage of 100% success. So it can be concluded that the average functionality of the Matador System as an audit system can run well.
