Abstract

Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology (ITTP) is a private university in Purwokerto, Central Java, consisting of three faculties: Faculty of Telecommunication and Electrical Engineering (FTTE), Faculty of Informatics (FIF), and Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Design (FRID). ITTP holds two graduation periods every year in June and December. Graduation is a formal event that recognizes student graduation, so it is important to evaluate the satisfaction of the graduation ceremony as an improvement material for future events. Currently, the graduation satisfaction survey at ITTP is conducted through Google Forms, the results of which are downloaded and processed manually. This process takes a long time and is prone to human error. Therefore, this study aims to build a website-based graduation satisfaction survey system using the prototype method. This website is expected to facilitate survey filling, collect data efficiently, and calculate survey results automatically, thereby reducing calculation errors and speeding up data processing. The prototype method was chosen because it allows gradual and rapid system development, and helps users determine system requirements from an early stage. After graduates fill out the survey online, the data and results will be automatically stored in the database. The result of this study is a graduation satisfaction survey system, this website was developed using the Prototype method with a black box test.
