Abstract

CV. Marvelindo Utama is a telecommunications company focusing on the sale of products from the Smartfren provider. Its biggest challenge lies in data management, as there are numerous spreadsheets related to procurement, production, distribution, and stock management. Consequently, the business becomes less efficient and productive. This research aims to address these issues by focusing on the creation of a Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform in the form of a website using the TailwindCSS framework for the website's frontend. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is employed to aid in the effective and swift development of the system, with the website testing measured using Blackbox Testing. Data collection methods include observations at the CV Marvelindo Utama site and interviews with the owner, Mr. Pinky Widya Halim. This research results in a solution to the problems faced by CV Marvelindo Utama, namely a web-based supply chain management system. With a blackbox testing success rate of 98,7%, it can be concluded that the system is acceptable to CV Marvelindo Utama.
