Abstract

Thrift shops are fashion shops that are currently popular because the goods in these shops have cheap prices but the quality is still maintained even though they are used goods. However, there are still difficulties in managing thrift shops. One of them happened at the Bakul Thrift Shop. Difficulties occur in recording transactions, managing transactions, managing product availability, and direct sales reports. Therefore, this research aims to design a website-based Point of Sales application to facilitate thrift shop management activities. The method used is agile. The data used is primary data in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The Point of Sales website in this research was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and the web server used in this research was XAMPP. The website that has been built will be tested using Black Box Testing. The results of this research showed that the website-based Point of Sales application that was created had successfully passed the testing process.
