Abstract

Domestic workers play an important role in the daily life of families. There are many reasons that encourage someone to hire a household assistant, such as the busy lives of married couples, lack of skills in household work such as cooking, cleaning and looking after children, and lack of motivation to do housework. Busy routines make it impossible for married couples to complete all the housework themselves, while limited time makes it difficult for them to find information about household assistant services. Some married couples also face problems in finding time to find a household assistant. Currently, the employment distribution system for household assistants and nannies is complicated because customers do not have clear access to biodata and stock of prospective workers. In developing the software, the author created a website using the Laravel framework and using the waterfa ll method. This website aims to overcome this problem by providing easier access for customers to search for and obtain information about household assistants and nannies that suit their needs.
