Abstract

Cat Point is a pet cat daycare business located in the North Purwokerto area. Established since 2019. But in this processing does not yet have a website-based information system has a use as a means of conveying information and promotional media to users besides this system still collecting data manually or written in books. Starting from cat daycare data, cat groming and cat pacak often occur writing errors, this makes it insignificant because the owner cannot know the exact number of users who have performed services at his shop. In overcoming the problems that exist at the cat point, a website-based information system is needed that focuses on designing User Interface (UI) so that it can help in facilitating the service needs of pet cats. The design of the website uses the User Centered Design (UCD) method and Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method on the Front-end design using Bootstrap CSS freamwork. The design has succeeded in building a cat daycare information system that can help in facilitating service needs and in managing data on service data provided to consumers. While SUS testing results analysis shows that the average score of the Cat Point website is 77.25 based on data testing, and the results indicate the level of usability, in the acceptability range is categorized as "Marginal High". And according to the rating scale, the website falls into the "C" category, and the adjective rating of 10,03% is closed to EXCELLENT.
