Abstract

There is a lot that can be done or developed to encourage technological development, such as systems or websites that will make it easier for people in their sub-districts to get the latest information. The aim of this research was to analyze service satisfaction with the Rakit Village Website in this research. There is a desire from the sub-district to find out to what extent the people of Rakit village are satisfied when using the Rakit Sub-District Website. Form appropriate recommendations for the use of the Rakit Village Website from analysis using EUCS. The model in this research uses EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction). This type of research is quantitative research using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The sampling technique in this research was random sampling. Variable EUC was based on the results of answers from 240 respondents with a total of 3 questions. The variable EUC question obtained a percentage of 86.38% which was included in the VERY SATISFIED category. The results of respondents' answers to each research instrument from largest to smallest were E=1,033 E=1,040 E=1,037 with a total of 3,110 Keywords: EUCS Method, Rakit Sub-District Website, User Satisfaction.
