Abstract

The very rapid development of technology is currently felt to be very necessary in most human activities. Using a website makes it easier to search for information quickly and precisely. Dharmoyuwono Orphanage is one of the orphanages in Purwokerto that does not yet have a website, this has an impact on the limited number of people who know about the information and products available at Dharmoyuwono Orphanage. Apart from that, the Dharmoyuwono Orphanage needs a forum to convey information and products available at the orphanage. The website was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The use of the RAD method aims to produce a high quality system in a short time and at low cost. testing uses Black Box testing to test the website's functionality and System Usability Scale (SUS) to test the usability of the website being built. The results of research using SUS obtained a score of 85.13. The acceptability ranges component shows that the website is included in the "acceptable" category. Based on the adjectice rating, the website is included in the "excellent" category, which shows that the quality of this website is very satisfying. After conducting a post-research questionnaire, the results showed that the existence of the Dharmoyuwono Orphanage website could help in disseminating information about the Dharmoyuwono Orphanage.
