Abstract

One of the government programs currently running in Kaliurip Village is Pamsimas Sanur Tirta Abadi. This program is running less than optimally in the areas of administration and payments. The payment process is still conventional and has not been integrated with the database, which causes the potential for data loss. A website is a tool to provide information and facilitate user needs. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), with the application of the Laravel framework. The results of this research create a website-based water bill payment information system that can simplify and speed up the process of paying customer bills and presenting payment reports. The system testing method carried out using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) showed that the system functionality showed valid results and 91.62% was very good and acceptable. The indicators tested obtained a value that shows the water bill payment website can carry out payment transactions well, but there needs to be improvements to the user interface to make it more attractive and easy to understand.
