Abstract

The Banyumas Regency National Narcotics Agency (BNNK Banyumas), which operates in the field of preventing and controlling narcotics abuse, faces major challenges in improving technological and service readiness to provide fast and practical access to information, especially in the delivery of educational material related to narcotics. Conventional learning processes that rely on direct meetings have limited time and space and are less efficient. To overcome this problem, BNNK Banyumas developed the Enhancing Learning through Interactive Technology and Education (ELITE Banyumas) website as a Learning Management System (LMS) that allows flexible access to educational materials. Through digital technology, Banyumas BNNK hopes to improve accessibility, learning efficiency and the quality of public services. The success of implementing this information system is measured through the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) which includes four indicators, namely optimism, innovativeness, discomfort and insecurity. The analysis results show a TRI value of 3.14, indicating the user's technology readiness is in the medium category. Users show a positive and innovative outlook towards the technology, although there are still inconveniences and security concerns that need to be addressed. Focusing on improving user experience and security can further improve the technological readiness of users of the ELITE Banyumas website.
