Abstract

Computer technology has become a fundamental requirement in the world of education. The application of technology has a significant impact on the learning process. The Open Source Community Foundation (KOS), an organization that operates in the field of education, provides free courses with IT-related materials. KOS has not yet implemented technology such as Learning Management System (LMS) in the learning process, resulting in several problems, including students having difficulty obtaining learning materials, in this case, learning material distribution media is not yet available. Students also have difficulty accessing learning outcomes. Therefore, a Learning Management System is needed. The system will be built by applying the Agile method with the Kanban model. The Kanban model is used because it allows visualization of the workflow, control of the number of ongoing jobs (Work In Progress), flexibility in responding to changes, and focus on reducing waste in the process. The system that has been built will be tested with the Black Box testing method and the System Usability Scale testing method. It is hoped that the system built can improve the quality of the learning process management at the Open Source Community Foundation.
