Abstract

Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis(DISNAKKAN) faces challenges in managing patient examination data and recording cirobis data manually. This manual process causes problems such as tak long time, file accumulation, and the risk of logging errors. To overcome this problem, research was conducted to design an efficient information system at Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis. This study used the prototype method and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The prototype method enables the development of better solutions and accelerates the overall product development process. The SUS method is used to measure user experience and support the development of more user-friendly products. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based information system that is easy to understand, simple, and user-friendly. This system will make it easier for clinics to manage patient data, cirobis activist data, and patient medical records. This system was also evaluated through a test of animal clinic staff respondents. The research stages included data collection, literature study, system prototype design development, system testing using the SUS method, and system finalization. This study designed a veterinary clinic information system for DISNAKKAN Kabupaten Ciamis using the prototype method, getting a score of 78.5 on the System Usability Scale (SUS) test which indicates an adequate level of usability, although some users need further learning.
