Abstract

Griya Plumbon Indah Housing RT/RW 01/08 is housing in Cirebon Regency in West Java Province, where the correspondence administration process faces problems such as using a typewriter or manually. Meanwhile, in terms of community services at RT/RW 01/08 Griya Plumbon Indah, it is less efficient in submitting letters so it is less effective in terms of time and accuracy of service. This research aims to create a website-based information system that aims to facilitate the work of the RT Head. In designing this system using the Agile Extreme Programming method and using the Laravel framework in designing the system. The results of testing using Black-box Testing obtained a score of 93.97 and were assessed based on the descriptive analysis technique of the website as very feasible. The result of this research and design is that you can submit certificates such as certificates for making Resident Identity Cards, Family Cards, and s0 on.
